Founder & Educational Director
Marco brings fifteen years of experience in food education and culinary instruction. After working in professional kitchens across Northern Italy, he realized his true passion was teaching home cooks how to build confidence in the kitchen without expensive ingredients. He has completed advanced training in nutrition education and leads all curriculum development at Freshkitchenchef.
Giulia Moretti
Recipe Development & Content Lead
Giulia is the creative force behind our recipe collection. Her background in sustainable food systems and home economics informs every dish she develops. She believes that budget-friendly cooking isn't about deprivation—it's about creative problem-solving and rediscovering traditional Italian techniques that have always prioritized value and flavor together.
